COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan
Fortunately, we are able to continue to offer our services as usual but with some additional precautions to keep everyone safe, whilst meeting demand. This takes some extra planning so please bear with us as we continue to adapt and work in a slightly different way.
🚙 Staff will only attend site if feeling well and symptom-free. Rapid lateral flow tests will be completely twice weekly by all staff.
↔️ The team will social distance appropriately at all times and follow government guidelines.
🏡 Clients must also follow social distancing guidelines or (preferably) stay inside their homes. Conversations can easily take place over the phone (or even through a window!) 📞 With a bit of imagination and community spirit we can all work together to keep our small, island businesses going! 💪
🧼 As usual, the team will be provided with travel soap (environmentally-friendly & biodegradable), water and hand gel so that they can appropriately sanitize their hands on the go. 🖐
📝 We will continue to follow government advice and check for updates on a regular basis. If anything changes that affects the provision of our services, we will let you know.
❌ We have the BEST customers who love to offer us refreshments throughout the day! ☕️Although we really appreciate this generosity, we will kindly have to decline these offers for the foreseeable future. The same will apply to handshakes. 🤝Please don't take offence, we do not intend to be rude but we must take precautions to keep everyone safe.
Above all, customer satisfaction remains our priority and we will continue to provide the same high-quality service as always but with a few additional precautions.
